Keep accurate records:

Accurate and detailed records and transcripts are kept of the officers' training. Even job change, status change or firearm used is also tracked.

Track skills, proficiencies, certifications and transcripts:

Through extensive reports, individual officers and supervisors can access documents (i.e., transcripts, recertification dates). This ensures that officers are fully compliant with their training.

Notify officers and supervisors of pending training needs:

Officers are notified in a timely manner when training certifications are about to expire. The supervisors, and staff and also notified to ensure that no officers will miss their mandatory training.

Ensure that policies are read and signed:

Through email alerts, critical information is sent by training officers and administrators to be reviewed, read-and-signed by officers. A supervisor can run reports to see which officers have, or have not, signed-off on these policies. This ensures that policies are properly documented and adhered to.

Centralize course materials, records and establish agency standards:

Through the user-friendly creation and conversion of subject matter, a library of courses can be "reused," and when needed, modified to establish consistent standards across the organization.
